BECOME A SOLUTIONARY FACILITATOR

A Solutionary is One Who Empowers Others to Become a Part of Solutions by Transforming Obstacles into Opportunities. A Facilitator develops leadership skills through additional training.

Our workshops are designed to empower educators, leaders, and ministerial staff with innovative approaches to teaching and leadership. Participating will help you gain fresh perspectives and effective strategies for inspiring and guiding others. Upon completion, we proudly award participants with a Solutionary Insights Badge and Certificate, symbolizing your readiness to effect positive change in the world of learning.

Steps to Becoming a Solutionary

Becoming a Solutionary is a worthy investment that has the power to leave a lasting change for generations to come. Those interested in becoming a Solutionay will need to complete the four steps below.

  1. The journey to becoming a Solutionary Facilitator starts with a thoughtful application and interview process.
  2. Demonstrate that you understand the principle, “Inquiry-Based Learning is Problem-Solving, and Problem-Solving is Learning.” ™
  3. Participation in Jane and Bob’s Facilitation Training Course.
  4. Serve as an Intern at a Parenting with Purpose or Teaching with Purpose Course.

 

PEREQUISITE: COMPLETION OF EITHER THE PARENTING WITH PURPOSE OR TEACHING WITH PURPOSE COURSE.
